The Saskatoon Ringette Association would like to announce the winners of the 2003 Bernadette Price Bursary Awards. Janelle Woytowich (right) was awarded the Scholastic Award of $500. This award is for a ringette player attending a post-secondary school and continuing to play at a competitive level. Mel Brockman was awarded the Player Award of $500. This award is for a ringette player who wishes to continue playing ringette at a competitive level. Janelle and Mel were presented with their award by members of the Price Family at the Bernadette Price Memorial Tournament held November 8 - 11th in Saskatoon.
